The USO is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to support the troops by providing morale, welfare and recreation-type services to our men and women in uniform.

USO South Texas is raising the spirits of our military by providing a home away from home. NAVSTA Ingleside and the USO have partnered to continue the use of the 11,500 square foot facility owned by the organization so military personnel and their families can enjoy the entertainment activities, food service, computers and library until BRAC closure, September 2010. NAS Corpus Christi facility has the atmosphere and warmth of grandmother's place...always comforting and welcoming with the waif of freshly baked cookies. NAS Kingsville has the expanse of the King Ranch and wide open air space. Our rich Texas heritage is seeped in all three bases that so many call home. |
